In September 2015, the leading producer of fish products based in Poznan started using SAP ERP and SAP APO corporate solutions. The project was broadly supported by BCC.
The project involved the transfer of SAP solutions from the headquarters of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller to the Polish company in Poznan, along with adapting to its specific needs.
BCC consultants supported the project in a wide range of SAP ERP system: finance, controlling, material management, production planning, sales, and distribution. The cooperation also involved SAP APO solutions (Advanced Planning and Optimization), which supports advanced processes in demand management (SAP APO Demand Planning).
Lisner sp. z o.o. is part of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller – a leading supplier of food products with headquarters in Luxemburg. The plant in Poznań employs over 1000 people. Lisner’s range of fish products includes salads, sandwich spreads and frozen products.
