Ferrero Polska, a producer of sweets of such brands as Rafaello, Kinder Bueno, started implementation works that are part of corporate SAP implementation being carried out by Ferrero headquarters. Within an international project a common concept of a model for business processes is prepared which will serve as a target operating model for the units of the Ferrero group in particular countries.
The scope of works for BCC, that are carried out in cooperation with corporate consultants, includes also counselling about Polish legal requirements, creating a Polish version of system documentation, user training and creating interfaces in SAP Exchange Infrastructure technology that connect SAP with other applications.
Functional areas that are covered by BCC works are: financial accounting, fixed assets accounting, treasury, materials management, and sales and distribution.
