The Invoice Controller, an original solution from All for One, is a cockpit that provides comprehensive information on the effectiveness of the process of recording purchase invoices in the SAP system. The product is intended for shared service centers and financial departments recording large amounts of documents. The data are reported both for each employee individually and for the whole organization.
The solution users are managers who are responsible for ensuring the efficiency of a shared service center (SSC) or a financial department, as well as for the ongoing management of the work of subordinate specialists.
The All for One Invoice Controller provides two reports:
- a performance report at the SSC/accounting department level
- a performance report for each employee.
The structure of the report allows for quick analysis of the results at any level — from the outcomes of the whole SSC to the data entered by any employee. The reports have been prepared in the ALV technology, which provides the user with access to tools such as sorting, filtering, export to a file or a graphical representation of the results.
The efficiency of work at individual levels is represented by more than 100 indicators. The application analyzes the documents entered in terms of the processing time and complexity. The information about the working time basis and the absence check ensures that the presented results take into account the actual time worked by each specialist.
Additional parameters of the analysis are the costs of running the SSC, including salaries, and administrative costs — they are used to calculate cost indicators for the SSC. This in turn enables an objective evaluation of both an individual specialist and the whole SSC in terms of work efficiency and total costs of document processing.
By providing these data, the All for One Invoice Controller can contribute significantly to increasing the efficiency of the whole shared service center.
