BCC supports further development of IT infrastructure at Bydgoszcz Heat and Power Plants through implementation of SAP BW and advanced planning and simulation functions – SEM-BPS.
ZEC Bydgoszcz has been using SAP solutions since 1999 in finance, fixed assets, controlling and materials management. Now, due to the company’s development, the time has come to find more advanced solutions, which will support ZEC management in business data analysis by integrating data from various SAP areas as well as external systems, including an application that supports plant maintenance.
SAP Business Intelligence solutions standardize the data and the reporting interface in all the company, and consequently – help take right decisions. Users will be able to use a friendly graphic interface (e.g. an Internet browser) and results of reports will be also available through MS Office applications.
Implementation works started in January 2007. First reports are planned to be available to users in April, and further elements of the solution will be started in next months.
