In July the total number of consultants in the Consulting and Outsourcing Services departments in BCC has exceeded 100 people. It is the largest and most experienced team of SAP specialists in Poland, and one of the biggest ones in Central-Eastern Europe (CEE).
During last year BCC’s consulting team grew by more than 40%. In the Consulting Department, where implementation consultants work, such big growth goes along with executing new, large implementation projects. Concluding new contracts for permanent service assistance (currently provided for 30 clients) is teamed up with substantial growth in the potential of Outsourcing Services Department of BCC.
Half BCC’s consultants have at least 5 years’ experience in SAP implementations. During this time everybody gained new skills working at the average of 20 large SAP projects. The skills of BCC’s employees are confirmed by more than 100 SAP certificates, among others, like numerous Project Management Professional (PMP), the world’s most recognized confirmation of skills in project management; certificates granted by APICS, a world organization that spreads best practices in production, stock and supply chain management.

We are becoming more and more renown SAP implementation company in the whole region of Central-Eastern Europe”.
A large group among new employees are university graduates. Junior consultants undergo an intensive training program finished with a SAP certificate often during their first months of work. Besides working for clients, numerous internal projects, including those related to new technologies and SAP products, like SAP NetWeaver components, provide opportunity to gain new skills.
BCC has obtained three times the title of „The Investor in Human Capital”, organized by the Institute of Management. Its aim is to find companies that are outstanding in their operations, targeted at developing human resources and caring for maintaining good relations with employees. BCC’s standing as the employer is confirmed by a low rotation index among consultants, which reached 2% in recent years.
