Novitus SA, a supplier of sales technologies and the largest Polish producer and exporter of fiscal equipment, is implementing an innovative mySAP CRM solution in an Internet system of customers’ self-service. BCC is supporting the project.
mySAP CRM will facilitate e-sales to over 700 Novitus distributors with the use of an Internet portal. The ISA (Internet Sales Application) functionalities, implemented by BCC, will be used by trade partners of the company based in Nowy Sącz.
Thanks to mySAP CRM they will be able to see online catalogue of products, create and execute orders, check the settlements. Thanks to integration of mySAP CRM with Novitus’ e-mail server, the information about placed orders will be automatically transferred via e-mail to a sales person taking care of a particular distributor.
"We expect that mySAP CRM will enable us to create a new channel of information exchange between our company and our partners. It is also an investment in higher accessibility of Internet sales ", said Krzysztof Mituś, network administration manager in Novitus.

Productive start of mySAP CRM system is scheduled for December.
